I ordered the snack box of chips from lays and half of the box was smashed and in return the chips on that side were smashed. Called customer service and she took my information down and said someone would get back to me.

The packaging is horrible it's plain cardboard box it needs to be in something a bit sturdier you have ups delivery them I mean I knew they were going to come this way I should have canceled them. And just bought utz like normal.

Bought a snack box thought it would be better then the store and your able to pick your own and well the box came smashed and the chips on that side were crushed. They need to do better with the packaging.
